YOUR TYPICAL DAY As a Senior Living Community Maintenance Director, you start your day at Legacy House of Ogden, where every moment is dedicated to ensuring our residents feel at home. You're the go-to person for all things maintenance, from fixing a leaky faucet to overseeing apartment turnarounds. As you walk through our community, you greet residents with a smile, knowing that your efforts contribute to their well-being. Whether it's coordinating repairs or conducting inspections, you're always on top of things, ensuring our community remains a haven of comfort and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience in construction, maintenance, and landscaping Ability to handle all necessary tools safely Valid driver's license and a good driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications: Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing A desire to advance from a maintenance tech to a supervisor WORK SCHEDULE This full-time position works Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM.
