Responsibilities
• Builds a connection with families and help them care for their aging loved ones• Assists families looking for help with senior housing or other home-based assistance• Identifies the best fit Brookdale communities or other resources for a family's needs• Persuades people to visit Brookdale communities and learn about available options• Updates databases with customer/prospective customer status and changes• Nurtures leads by providing information and scheduling follow-up conversations• Supports Brookdale communities through outbound calls and emails• Works closely with community sales and operations associates• Participates in training, coaching processes, and culture building activities• Completes other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred• Experience or interest in social work, counseling, teaching, or health care preferred• Two years related experience in customer service, marketing, or sales preferred• Basic analytic ability and working knowledge of organization required• Ability to effectively manage time, tasks, and projects in a dynamic environment• Ability to build trust, assess customer expectations, and communicate effectively• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work weekends, evenings, or nights if needed
