About the Role:
Are you an experienced marketer with a knack for crafting engaging campaigns? Our company is on the lookout for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our omni-channel marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll lead the charge in developing strategies to enhance engagement among our valued B2B audience, comprised of real estate professionals. From optimizing existing campaigns to creating innovative new approaches, you'll play a pivotal role in driving partner engagement and achieving business objectives. What You'll Do:
Develop comprehensive lifecycle strategies tailored to our B2B audience, covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and upsell efforts.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and refine audience segmentation.
Lead the campaign creation process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
Define key performance metrics, conduct experiments, and deliver insightful reports to inform future strategies.

Who You Are:
You bring at least 8 years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or engagement marketing, ideally within a B2B context.
Your expertise extends to B2B marketing methodologies and CRM channels, with proficiency in email marketing platforms like Iterable ESP.
You're a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
You thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.
You're highly accountable and adept at managing complex projects across multiple teams.
Your collaborative nature allows you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
You possess a data-driven mindset and excel at translating insights into actionable strategies.
You're organized, with strong project management skills and experience with tools like Jira.
