Position Type: Full Time Position Overview This is a highly technical and hands-on position requiring the selected candidate to both lead and participate in multiple team environments and to provide independent efforts to all aspects of system integration including design, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation, validation, and support. Duties/Responsibilities The candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in system architecture and engineering disciplines. Designing requirements-based technical solutions in support of new projects, cloud migrations, and M&A activity. Leading the transition of the solution and design into production. Deploying, configuring, and administering systems in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Installing new/rebuilding existing systems and configuring hardware, peripherals, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Expert level operational knowledge of products like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, InTune, Microsoft OS (Client & Server), SQL Server, Hyper V, Virtual Infrastructure, Sophos, UniFi, etc. Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving incidents for infrastructure running in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services and on-premises environments. Mentoring teammates by helping them learn new technologies where needed. Providing rapid operational support, troubleshooting, and resolution to production equipment. Assist with company's SOC2 certification process. Be available for after-hours infrastructure emergencies. Provisioning of accounts and workstations/servers. Assist with user on-boarding and off-boarding. Triage and complete Internal IT tickets with the Internal IT team. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and workstation related issues. Work with other departments to integrate company tools, processes, and policies. Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy. Performing other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities/Experience 5+ years current Windows systems engineering experience (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL) and troubleshooting. Virtualization, Azure, AWS, Hyper V, VDI, VMware. Familiarity and demonstrated ability with multiple location, enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routers, firewalls, switching, etc.) Experience with Zero-Trust Networking environments is a plus. Experience with E-mail migrations a plus. M&A IT Integration experience is a plus. Motivated and ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications, and principles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues and make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Educational Experience Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent combination of training & work experience. Travel & Working Hours Given the distributed nature of the Kustom US business units, domestic travel (typically quarterly) is required of this role.
