About the Role
Our Integrated Marketing team plays a central role in all our marketing efforts. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for executing marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams. You'll leverage multi-touch inbound marketing programs and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to execute high-quality integrated campaigns, webinars, email nurtures, and direct mail campaigns.

Responsibilities
Design and execute campaign strategies across the entire funnel, collaborating with Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams.
Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue, continuously evaluating performance and ROI of campaigns to adjust tactics and strategy.
Develop best practices for audience segmentation and integrate them into campaign playbooks.
Create and execute campaign activations across various channels, including webinars, email, content marketing, direct mail, and more, turning new activities into ongoing programs.
Drive email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, and more.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or relevant marketing roles.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive business impact.
Highly collaborative with experience planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and with executives.
Experience with Marketo (or similar marketing automation) and Salesforce.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in B2B tech marketing with a passion for growth marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of initiative, capable of working effectively in and across teams.
Excellent writing skills with experience creating content for email, blogs, webinars, or web pages.
Experience with ON24 or Sendoso.
