Responsibilities
• Absorb child development intent of each product and use design to bring it to life• Develop color, pattern, and illustrative executions for physical products• Demonstrate typography and layout skills• Assist with concept artwork for new products• Maintain high creative standards• Stay organized and manage multiple projects• Inspire new ways of thinking• Collaborate with design team and stakeholders• Communicate design objectives and timelines• Work with business strategy managers throughout the creative process
Requirements
• BA / BFA Degree in Graphic Design or Art & Design• 6+ years of graphic design experience• Compelling portfolio with emphasis on graphics and illustration• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite• Strong knowledge of design elements and principles• Strong physical product sense• Project management skills• Creative problem-solving skills• Awareness of trends• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
