We are on the hunt for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect with a passion for integrating HR systems into the ServiceNow platform. This role is at the heart of our development team, focusing on implementing the ServiceNow HRSD platform, crafting technical strategies, and integrating external systems. You'll play a key role in understanding project technical requirements, guiding development teams toward best practices, and ensuring the ServiceNow application aligns with our stakeholders' business objectives.
As an architect, you will work closely with both development and IT teams to construct, document, and test ServiceNow HRSD solutions, providing ongoing technical insights to the development team. This position acts as a vital link between technical teams and clients, translating IT requirements into actionable documentation and designs. Within an agile team environment, you will contribute to the creation of detailed stories and epics, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria in partnership with product owners and our technology team. Your role will also involve participating in client meetings and discussions related to change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the creation of scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs and leverage platform capabilities.
Technical Consultation: Act as a knowledgeable advisor on ServiceNow's potential, customization, and integration, guiding clients towards best practices.
Implementation Support: Supervise solution implementation, perform code reviews, and promote adherence to best practices.
Integration and Automation: Craft seamless integrations with third-party systems, enhancing process automation and data consistency.
Performance Optimization: Address system bottlenecks to improve performance.
Quality Assurance: Establish testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Resource Management: Ensure effective allocation of skilled resources across projects.
Project Management: Assist in managing project scope and timelines to ensure project success.
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to adhere to best practices and compliance requirements.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Generate technical documentation and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with at least three additional mainline certifications.
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract obligations.
Ability to obtain U.S. government public trust clearance.
Residence within the U.S. with work performed domestically, as per federal contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow applications.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect credential is highly desirable.
Professional Skills:
In-depth experience across various ServiceNow platform areas and familiarity with integrated third-party technologies.
Expertise in scripting languages and other relevant programming languages.
