Senior Home Services Carpenter/Handyman

BirdWatch is an innovative home management and maintenance company, and we're seeking a skilled full-time senior Home Services Carpenter to join us! This is ideal for a candidate looking to be part of a team, have a predictable schedule, and earn fair, consistent pay. Starting pay between $33 - $38 per hour, with signing incentives (cash, vehicle access, or others!) Requirements 5+ years of professional handyman, maintenance, or remodeling experience Including 2+ years of experience working directly with homeowners/customers Comfortable with a pre-employment background check Experienced with a wide range of home improvement tasks, including trim carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical Must reside within a 30 minute commute of Washington DC Own work truck needed for the position Own standard set of hand & power tools Benefits Paid time off, including sick and vacation time Fully paid health, dental, life, short and long-term disability Mileage Reimbursement #ZR
