Responsibilities
• Coach and mentor branch team on products and services• Work with bankers to introduce new clients and cross-sell• Utilize marketing efforts to create outstanding customer experience• Promote mortgage loan originations and maintain customer relationships• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking• Knowledge of local real estate market• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines• FHA/VA sales experience• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
