The Senior Financial Analyst will provide high quality financial analysis and reporting to enable the company and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 3 days/week.How you'll make an impact:Maintain and update monthly forecast and budget models, as well as supporting metrics and analysis for the entire Ad Sales portfolio. Manage month close reporting including all variance explanation, commission plans and oversee billing Coordinate with Accounting and other stakeholders for proper month end deliverablesWork closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and GM Ad Sales on a weekly and monthly basis to evaluate quarterly projections. Provide P&L input to business unit finance teams. Work with senior leaders, finance management and peers on strategic and ad hoc projects as they arise, including cross-functional marketing, account management, sales and revenue operations teams. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual presentations for senior management which include maintaining metrics. We could be a match if:Bachelor's degree with concentration in finance, accounting or business and 2+ years of professional work experience, preferably in corporate finance, planning and analysis in a consumer-based environment, digital media sales planning or other analytical role, investment banking or consulting. Highly proficient with advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of OneStream, Google Workplace, Workday, and Boostr is a plus. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems. Strong work ethic, stellar written & oral communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Experience with detailed forecasting and the ability to analyze the overall financial picture.
