Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Partner with managers to determine staffing needs and deliver the best talent
Recruit, interview, and screen candidates
Maintain relationships with internal and external clients
Attend career and job fairs, and build relationships with schools
Complete monthly reports as required
Stay current with companys organizational structure, personnel policy, and employment practices
Market the Company to applicable resources and educate them on McCoy Group opportunities
Represent the Company in a professional manner
In conjunction with your department:
Enforce and practice all safety, quality, and operational policies
Optimize employee performance.
Maintain and promote a positive attitude.
Any other duties as delegated by management
Qualifications:
to travel as needed
be organized and possess excellent time management skills
be accurate with tracking and reporting
be skilled in relationship building
be skilled in working with confidential information
degree preferred, but not required
experience preferred, but not required
neat, clean, professional appearance of self and equipment
hours required to perform essential functions of the job, including weekends and evenings
proficiency with Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms, and Outlook email
