Responsibilities
• Generate estimates, quotes, and bids• Work closely with Sales to create project price estimates• Improve pricing model methodologies and processes• Coordinate and communicate with Sales and Fabrication Departments• Estimate and quote support for pipeline project takeoffs• Assist with Change Order development• Balance workflow and manage estimating queue• Maintain organized digital filing system of Client and Projects files• Correspond with Third Party vendors for estimates• Create/update contact lists, sales data, and company reports in CRM tool
Requirements
• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction industry• Familiarity with reading and analyzing plans for cost-effective solutions• Desire to develop best practices for Estimating Department• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Experience working with teams• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail• Excellent communication skills• Experience interfacing with fabrication and manufacturing• Capacity for occasional travel
