Ensure designs are in compliance with all standards, codes, and regulationsSupervise progress and provide Engineering and Design support during construction projectsEnable support for project cost and schedule estimates and justification for approvalProvide supervision and coordination of Consultant resourcesReview planning databases for capacity and system operating trends and validating utilization and diversity factor assumptionsParticipate and/or lead capacity and scenario planning across the network, including evaluation of system and distribution capacity impacts based on scenario changesReview and advise on scope, schedule, and cost estimates for Facilities infrastructure additions or modificationsGlobal Initiatives ProgramBuild documents with focus on Operations and Maintenance Reliability and/or PerformanceLead & own Programs & Initiatives, including crafting and defining the program objectives, roadmaps, and high-level implementation planLead the Global Facilities Sustainability Programs in support of Micron's Corporate Sustainability goals and initiativesCollect and consolidate Lessons Learned and feedback from Micron teams to incorporate into the Standards and BKMsJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation & Controls requiredMinimum 7 to 10-years experience in Semiconductor and/or Facilities related industryTechnical expertise, knowledge, and experience on Facilities and Semiconductor Mechanical and Process Systems including Cleanroom HVAC, Chilled Water, Heating Water, Makeup Air, Recirculation Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Exhaust, Compressed Air, Process Vacuum, General HVAC, Building and Fire Protection systems, etc.Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrentlyGood organizational skills and Service demeanor.Excellent interpersonal skills and good team working skills, English RequiredSelf-motivated workerFamiliarity with Semiconductor Manufacturing and Facilities systemsAbility to travel internationally 15-25% of the time on average, but up to 30% of the time during Critical Project phases or Site ActivitiesThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$74,000.00 - $186,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
