Responsibilities
• Mentor younger staff to help them develop on projects• Communicate effectively with staff and other design professionals• Assist and lead owner in making informed lighting and systems decisions• Set a standard of responsive construction administration services• Meet project deadlines - this may require overtime hours• Utilize company software to complete tasks and manage staff accurately, effective, and on time• Perform project quality assurance checks• Manage multiple priorities, both internal and external• Develop accurate, code-compliant, coordinated, and efficient designs• Perform facility assessments and site verifications
Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Electrical Design or similar• 6+ Years relevant electrical design experience and project management
