Location: St. Louis, MO - NO SPONSORSHIP OR RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME Position Overview: We are a leading provider in manufacturing focused in Hydraulics and metal forming, and we are looking to add a strong Senior Electrical Controls Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will provide design, installation, and maintenance services to ensure that all electrical control systems are functioning properly and efficiently. The Senior Electrical Controls Engineer will be responsible for using AutoCAD Design, PLC Programming, Allen Bradley, and AutoCAD Drafting to ensure that all electrical control systems are functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities: Design, install, and maintain electrical control systems using AutoCAD Design, PLC Programming, Allen Bradley, and AutoCAD Drafting Analyze and troubleshoot existing electrical control systems Develop and implement electrical control system programs Use AutoCAD blueprints and drawings to design and modify electrical control systems Maintain and update electrical control system documentation Monitor and report on system performance Qualifications: You must be located in St. Louis to be considered. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 8+ years in Hydraulics is highly preferred Working knowledge on UL508a standards is REQUIRED. 10+ years of experience in electrical control systems design and implementation Proficiency in AutoCAD Design, PLC Programming, Allen Bradley, and AutoCAD Drafting Ability to read and interpret electrical control system blueprints and drawings Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US NOW AND IN THE FUTURE Benefits A competitive salary: $105,000-$145,000/yr Health, dental, vision 401k with match Paid time off Paid holidays Bereavement leave Parental leave Life insurance Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
