Accepting applicants from 5/9 - 5/16/2024 What You Will Do The Senior Director of Supply Chain will be instrumental in our mission to propel our organization into the forefront of the snack industry within our 3-year plan. This pivotal role will be focused on orchestrating a transformation in our supply chain capabilities, with a specific emphasis on leading the S&OP process, supply chain planning teams, inventory control, and logistics. The primary goal will be to support growth and improve customer service while optimizing cost & inventory. This position demands a commitment to ongoing system and process enhancements to ensure seamless operational flow across the value chain processes while maximizing operational efficiency. The Senior Director will also play a key role in analyzing and addressing the root causes of financial and operational inefficiencies. Responsibilities Oversee Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Fulfillment activities for the organization Streamline and optimize the process and system to gather necessary information and data from related functions (Finance, Planning, Production, QA, Sales, Business Analytics, etc.) and analyze it to bridge actions for further process improvement Lead team to identify optimal inventory level of Finished Goods, WIP, and Raw Materials tied with efficient production planning schedule and sales planning procedure Assess the current supply chain landscape, identify gaps, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness Lead company S&OP process in conjunction with Sales, Business Analytics & Finance teams, starting with partnership and collaboration with Sales and Business Analytics teams to receive a customer-SKU level demand forecast Collaborate with team to develop supply chain strategy based on near-term and long-term business plan Ensure effective communication route across stakeholders Develop/train supply chain team, optimize organization and staffing structure that is necessary for running supply chain problem solving as sustainable routine to realize company's further growth Lead supply chain team through new product development and any SKU discontinuations Analyze SKU efficiency and closely communicate with Finance and Planning teams to understand its financial / operational impact Develop a supply chain planning tool roadmap with timing and recommendations Lead and support Logistics Function and partner with 3rd party providers (3PL DCs, transportation carriers) to deliver growth, customer service & optimize cost Who You Are 12+ years of experience within Supply Chain or relevant field CPG experience required Passion and excitement for best-for-you food and sustainability practices People/team development and performance management required S&OP leadership ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred) Supply chain planning tool expertise B2C and B2B fulfillment Inventory control leadership 3PL RFQ negotiation experience preferred Position : Senior Director, Supply Chain Reports to : Senior Vice President, Operations Location : Remote Type : Full-Time, exempt Salary Range Opportunity: The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $190,000 + 25% annual bonus Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp: Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
