The Senior Director of Operations Employer Solutions coordinates appropriate resources for all daily operations, human resource management, fiscal management, and supporting initiatives aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values and goals in the employer solutions unit as well as supports NH units delivering services to employer customers while collaborating with facility and market leadership to ensure alignment to growth strategies. The Sr. Dir collaborates with organizational leaders and manages interdependencies across institutes, facilities, submarkets and the medical group and takes ownership and accountability to implement market strategic growth, operational precision, service enhancements, program development and community engagement initiatives. The Sr. Dir leads and ensures the market specific operational infrastructure of the unit and will enable execution of key initiatives to meet targeted goals and outcomes. Education : 4 year / Bachelor Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field, Required. 2 Year Graduate degree in Business, healthcare or relate, Required. Experience : 5-7 Years experience in progressivesupervisory/management/operations experience, required. 3-5 Years progressive supervisory/management experience in a healthcare or direct to employer setting, required. Additional Skills Required: • Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Strong skills in time management, prioritizing, delegating, organizing, analyzing data, researching  and problem solving, relationship management, business acumen.
• Ability to adhere to fixed deadlines with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while  managing multiple projects.
• Be self-motivated, flexible, proactive and team oriented.
• Ability to work and manage daily operations using a high involvement, multidisciplinary team concept.
• Maintain a strong, consistent and professional demeanor at all times.
• Possess an understanding of market segmentation as it relates to target markets and ability to  develop materials that resonate appropriately.
• Possess an understanding of direct to employer initiatives and national trends in direct to employer  needs.
• Ability to collaborate and influence internal functions to understand and address key needs of  Employer Solutions business unit.
• Strong focus on customer service and staff competencies.
Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Ability and willingness to work in an evolving healthcare system.
• Extensive oral and written communication skills.
• Additional leadership skills such as creativity, cooperation, independent judgement, negotiation,  risk- taking, perseverance, high-energy and a strong work ethic.
• Lean methodology expertise
• Knowledge of customer / employer focus efforts.
• Internal / external relationship management skills.
• Enhanced financial knowledge of pricing strategies and market competition with health and  wellbeing products and services.
