The Job:
We're looking for a process-oriented, passionate Senior Director to lead our Marketing Operations and Technology function. This team plays a critical role in determining how best to manage our Marketing campaign planning, construction, data integration and execution from conception to delivery to analysis.
The Senior Director will lead the expansion and optimization of our Marketing data infrastructure in support of new product growth. They will execute and manage business critical campaigns across a host of channels including but not limited to Direct Mail, Email, and Paid Digital. Their team will function as the business owner for mission critical systems and processes e.g. Do Not Solicit suppressions, Quality and Assurance, audits. Their team will also manage critical vendor relationships including print shops and various technology providers such as Salesforce, TSYS and Monday. They'll also work closely with our partner banks, compliance, and risk teams to ensure we operate in control while growing the business.

The successful candidate will also play a critical role in defining how we organize the marketing function to scale. This includes building new processes in addition to optimizing those already in place. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who loves planning, process, and governance, while maintaining a growth mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities

Own relationships with key vendors: Salesforce, TSYS, Merkle and more
Build out continuity plans for key processes and vendor relationships, e.g. multiple print shops, Salesforce, Monday etc.
Define and evangelize an Integrated Marketing Calendar across channels
Partner with Compliance and Creative teams to ensure campaigns and projects consistently run on time
Evaluate our data infrastructure and work with data engineering and various marketing teams to power the business for short and long term growth
Build and automate trigger-based Credit Card programs: Credit Line increase, Spend & Get, Onboarding, etc as the program evolves
Drive new tool selection as needed to the marketing tech stack in support of both the Lead Gen and ECM agenda
Streamline the campaign selection process and automate
Refine and document the marketing QA and Change Control processes, reporting and governance across channels
Work across the business to drive critical issues and/or incidents to resolution
Requirements & Qualifications

$175,000 - $220,000 a year

In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.

Yearly incentive bonus target 30% of base salary.

This position may also be eligible for a long-term cash and/or equity incentives at a target of 25%.
