. Job Description
Position Purpose
The Senior Director, NA Finance and Asset Productivity will drive the financial strategy for the Asset Productivity group. This requires strong partnership with executives, Finance Business Partners, and cross-functional business leads to drive growth, increase profitability, and reduce cost-to-serve. Success requires strategic thinking and innovation to reimagine allocation of capital expenditures, loss reduction, improved asset velocity, and changes to customer behavior.
Major/Key Accountabilities
Provide strategic and operational decision-making guidance to the leadership team to improve business performance regarding Asset Management, Retail, and Supply Chain Operations Support CFO & SVP Retail & Asset control on financial impacts of key business initiatives and the build of the 4-year plan Produce monthly/quarterly reports that accurately reflect short term financial performance and long term strategic direction Leverage data and external insights to guide Asset Management financial strategies. Includes insights on retailer behavior, incentive programs, and IPEP implications Lead development of the finance team members to build healthy talent pipelines, create high performing teams, and improve engagement and retention Build a data-driven culture with a curiosity for innovation Skills and Knowledge
Build credibility and influence stakeholders Navigate a complex, matrixed global organization Best-in-class forecasting capability Analytical mindset to elevate finance standards Manage ambiguity with confidence Excited about new technologies and the opportunity they bring for the business Avid learner who looks to the external market to bring insights and best practices Inspirational leadership with a mindset to mentor and develop teams Experience
10+ years in a corporate Finance or Accounting function Success in a multinational organization Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics or FMCGs a plus Development and growth of teams Challenges/Problem Solving
Manage complexity and break down barriers to execution across a matrixed organization Incorporate external financial perspectives based on market trends Help shape the business model by forecasting future demands Build credible relationships with regional and global stakeholders Build future-proof talent pipelines Preferred Education
