Job Summary:
SECURE ITnet is a leading managed services company that offers IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. We are comprised of some of the brightest analysts who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our clients remotely or on-site. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Desktop Support / Helpdesk Technician to join our team. To succeed, this individual must live and breathe technology.
Responsibilities Respond and provide technical support to customer requests through phone, chat, email and tickets Monitor and close all trouble tickets, identify areas of chronic problems, make recommendations to management, and perform necessary process changes to implement the goals of eliminating repeat trouble tickets Manage ongoing maintenance and deployment of new hardware and software for device life cycle Perform systems administration for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and workstations across multiple clients Utilize working knowledge of MS Office suite, desktop operating systems, problem management systems, end-user networks Responsible for user, account, and service provisioning Responsible for installing/deploying software on endpoints Requirements Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 features, configurations, and troubleshooting Experience with MFA, SSO and verification tools Experience working in an enterprise or small business Active Directory environment preferred 3+ years of IT support or related experience required, 5+ years preferred Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Servers, Network architecture Proficient in supporting Office 365, MS 365 Tenant, Entra ID, Adobe, Active Directory, Azure, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including.
