We're currently seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst (Epic) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the management of reporting and analytics solutions across various business units within our organization. From identifying key business challenges to formulating hypotheses, conducting in-depth interviews, and leading cross-functional teams, you'll be instrumental in synthesizing insights and crafting actionable recommendations. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts, collaborate closely with end-users, and drive the prioritization and planning of reporting/analytics projects.

Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking candidates with:
Epic certifications/proficiencies in areas such as Epic Cogito Fundamentals, Cogito Tools Admin, Clarity Data Model, and Caboodle Data Model.
A deep understanding of healthcare operations in a hospital setting, including patient flow, bed management, and inpatient utilization management.
Expertise in developing EPIC RWB and EPIC Dashboards for clinical stakeholders.
Proficiency in SQL for accessing data from EPIC Clarity and/or Caboodle databases.
Experience with analytical tools and BI systems such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, Business Objects, or Power BI in a healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a data and analytics-related field such as Business Statistics and Analysis, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Four or more years of experience in data compilation, reporting, and analytics utilizing data and analytics tools.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams through projects, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and analytical tools like SAS, Business Objects, Tableau, etc. Healthcare experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
Making prioritization decisions regarding tasks and assignments, maintaining communication with customers, and escalating issues when necessary.
Collaborating with internal business units and external entities to gather requirements, coordinate activities, and ensure effective communication.
Managing customer requirements and devising efficient solutions for complex reporting/analytics needs.
Presenting and analyzing data to internal and external stakeholders in support of business initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Maintaining reporting/analytics foundations through coordination of business definitions, data marts, BI tools, and testing.

Maximum Offer for this position is up to: USD $55.26/Hr. Compensation Disclaimer: The compensation range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience and training, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.
