Responsibilities
• Maintain understanding of state and federal cannabis financial regulations• Execute inventory accounting and cost tracking• Implement policies for financial and regulatory compliance• Manage chart of accounts and account reconciliations• Establish internal controls for revenue, costs, and budgets• Manage bank accounts and purchase order management• Prepare financial statements and complete monthly close procedures• Responsible for recording and allocating costs following IRC Section 280E• Proficient in GAAP, bookkeeping, payroll, budgets, and financial statements
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting• CPA license required• Degree in Accounting or closely related field• Tax and audit experience required• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks preferred• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Minimum age of 21• Pass criminal background check and drug screening• Comply with legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry

Benefits
• Salary of $160,000.00-$175,000.00/yearly• Full benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off
