company based in
Boulder, Colorado , to find a strong
Senior Controller
to join their rapidly growing team. This company is experiencing incredible growth and the Controller will report directly to the CFO to help continue to scale the operation.

Expected Compensation:
$160 - $180K base + Bonus
Expected Responsibilities:
Oversee full organizational accounting operations including month-end close, financial statement preparation and monthly reporting, AP/AR, cash management, annual audit process, GAAP compliance and internal controls
Structure and automate accounting procedures for the business unit. This job will require a lot of day-to-day accounting at first.
Manage and mentor full-time and temp employees in the areas of accounting, clerical and administrative.
Assist with and drive new ERP implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA or master's degree preferred
CPA highly preferred
10+ years of hands-on accounting management experience with extensive experience managing direct reports across various accounting roles and responsibilities
ERP implementation experience – Epicor a plus!
Experience with a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at the same time
