Senior Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our Aerospace team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FAR, DFAR, Clearance, and Contract Manager, and be able to successfully navigate the full life cycle of contracts from proposal through closeout. This position is responsible for the management of contracts to mitigate costs, maintain customer requirements, and ensure that contractual obligations are met.
Position Overview: The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for the negotiation and management of contracts, including preparing and presenting proposals, administering NDAs, and tracking contractual obligations. This position will ensure compliance with government acquisition and export regulations, as well as providing direction to internal stakeholders. The Senior Contracts Manager will ensure that contractual requirements are fulfilled and customer expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Work with internal stakeholders (engineering, program management, supply chain) to develop contract proposals for prime and subcontracts. Negotiate and execute all types of contracts, including FFP/FPIF, CPAF/CPIF, CPFF, and T&M. Prepare and administer NDAs. Track contractual obligations and costs, and ensure compliance with all government regulations, including DPAS and export regulations. Provide advising and direction to internal stakeholders regarding contract management and legal issues. Develop and implement processes and procedures for contract administration. Maintain accurate records in SAP. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field. 5+ years of experience in contract management with government prime contractors. Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and government acquisition regulations. Experience negotiating and administering contracts of all types.
