Senior Contract Manager

Work Schedule :
100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM. This position is remote however; individuals will be required to work in office a couple times/month. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Be part of something remarkable

We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to:

Manage the sourcing and contracting initiatives for UW Health system, including legal terms review. Negotiate professional services contracts/purchases of goods and services for the system. Meet or exceed 3-10% hard profit and loss savings and risk mitigation. Ability to take high visibility request for proposals (RFP's) through analytics, presentations, and completion. Education :
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field. Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below.
Preferred - Master's Degree Work Experience :
Minimum -
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in contract management of product and/or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis.
• Two (2) years of experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software and/or enterprise resource platform (ERP), preferably Oracle Cloud
• Two (2) years of experience and a proven track record in strategic contract management and expense reduction.
