Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Construction Manager to join our team. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for guiding and managing all phases of construction projects at our airports, airfields, and other facilities.
Position Overview: The Senior Construction Manager will be in charge of overseeing projects from design to completion, while operating within company policies and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of project budgets, schedules, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, personnel management, and quality control Oversee the design and site development of airport, airfield, and facility projects Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget Develop detailed estimates and budgets for projects Implement FAA, CFR, and other regulations to ensure projects are compliant Ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in airport, airfield, and/or vertical construction Experience with $100M+ Projects as an Owners Rep Nice to Have Skills: Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or NICET certification preferred Benefits Competitive Salary ($160k - $200k DOE) Vacation/PTO Medical, Dental, Vision 401k Bonus Relocation
