ATI has a current need for a Senior Construction Representative for a large Federal project in Chattanooga Tennessee.

Required Qualifications for a Senior Construction Representative:
The candidate must have 20 years of experience as a construction representative familiar with a full range of construction activities necessary to construct the project and support necessary contract administration tasks. The Senior Construction Representative will perform Construction Management Services (CMS) to support federal government construction projects.
The Senior Construction Representative shall have a high school diploma, at least 20 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably on large heavy civil construction projects), a current OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver's license, proficiency with written communication and reporting, and familiarity with construction quality management procedures.
Position requirements include:
Field inspections to determine acceptability of workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications. Interpretation of plans and specifications and review of as-built drawings. Reviewing contractor daily quality control reports for accuracy and deficiencies and performing quality assurance inspections. Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 (USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual) and 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations. Reviewing and evaluating construction contractor claims for submission to the Contracting Officer, identifying pertinent drawings, specifications, developing chronology of correspondence and events relative to claim.
