The Sr Compensation Manager role will report directly to the VP of Total Rewards (located in FR) and will be a key contributor to the Global Total Rewards Team. Compiles and submits dataProvide analysis and recommendations supporting the review/creation of compensation ranges across multiple geosAssist the Total Rewards Team in the annual compensation review cycle (from design, training to implementation in payroll)Develop tools/training/documentation related to compensation
