Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Senior CADD/BIM Specialist, we'll count on you to:
Perform non-routine and complex drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniques
Perform Redline corrections and develop design drawings from initial sketches
Take responsibility for drawing layout
Work independently with occasional advice from your supervisor
Direct efforts of less-experienced BIM Technicians as needed
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
A minimum of 5+ years of experience developing BIM layouts/designs from engineering designs of structures
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and InRoads
Ability to be a lead technician and work closely with Jr
CADD Staff
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is $25.50- $37 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
