You'll be responsible for maintaining a stable production environment while being able to immediately address issues that might arise. We support a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment. Our team is looking for an eager and energetic individual who can create process change and support payments processing for Enterprise payments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industry wires, instant payments, ACH, and project management.About the team:Join our Production Support team today! You'll act as a liaison between our CSM and application support team. You'll support the day-to-day activities within our production environment. We currently support ~30 clients and look forward to providing excellent support to new ones in the future! You'll also have the chance to support a global and diverse team.What you will be doing:Support our production clients (ACH, Instant Payments and Wires) and the progressing of upgrades for our existing client baseCreate process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizationsFocus on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environmentsResponsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulationPlans, performs and implements process improvement initiativesCommunicates team progressDevelops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunitiesOther related duties as assignedWhat you will need:Knowledge of industry wires, instant payments, and ACH are requiredAdvanced project management and process controls experienceBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceIn-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processesAdvanced proficiency in at least one appropriate process methodology, e.g., ISO, Lean, Six SigmaExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skillsWhat we offer you:At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees' careers as our own business. The pay range for this full-time position is $87,430.00 - $146,880.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
