Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics operations for home delivery pharmacy services. You'll collaborate with a diverse team to drive efficiencies, enhance service quality, and streamline costs. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, empowering you to tackle challenges from the comfort of your own space.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external partners to negotiate transportation contracts and ensure compliance with standards
Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and vendors to enhance service levels
Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Serve as a subject matter expert on logistics operations, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams
Create and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes and optimize performance
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, driving accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in supply chain or logistics, with a strong focus on data analysis and process improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
