Senior Business Analyst

Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company located in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Senior Business Analyst to its team. Pay for this role is up to $130k
Skills you'll need: Must have a bachelor's degree in business, or a closely related field 3 or more years of experience as a business analyst  Experienced in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working on multiple projects at once Preference for someone who has a background in credit or financial institutions This role will be conducting QA testing, experience in that would be nice What you'll be doing: Identifying, understanding, and documenting business needs/requirements Preparing and proposing solutions including means to integrate information systems and business processes Translating business requirements to technical specifications and coordinating/leading all aspects of testing/quality assurance Serving as one of the most well-rounded and senior members of your team Assisting with peer-to-peer training and aiding in developing enhanced team services and improvements
