The IA Transformation team is a central team within IA, reporting to the Chief Auditor for Transformation and COO focused on oversight of IA's review of the Firm-Wide Transformation initiatives.This team will be accountable for oversight, coordination and direction within IA to enable consistent and timely review of Transformation initiatives by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Internal AuditProduct/Functions team(s), Business & Functions Risk/Control, Program leads and Citi's CAO Transformation team. The team will also be responsible for effective check and challenge, driving consistency, developing templates and design principles for IA to review Transformation, structuring and resourcing needs, coordination, aggregation, and reporting from an IA perspective of the CitiTransformation Program.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain good working knowledge of IA's methodology, especially as it relates to audit execution, issue validation and other assurance activities; IA's Audit Universe and requirements for coverage of its entities; and IA's systems in place and data flow.clearly identified the required roles and responsibilities and have appropriately identified, and are engaging, all relevant Citi stakeholders with appropriate accountability.Support IA Transformation Director in the development of materials, presentations and papers for governance and oversight committees including Committees, BRCCs, meetings with regulators as well as senior executive management.Build strong partnerships with IA Transformation CAs and Directors in addition to IA Product/Functions team to address key information requirements and becoming a plan expert for the team.Work closely with the Resource Management Team and the Product/Function Team in ensuring that the work plan is properly staffed/aligned with staff utilization.Act as a strong advocate for data quality, promoting accuracy, completeness and consistency.Develop reports and provide information, including but not limited to analysis of IA/Regulatory Issues, auditable entity coverage, and exception reports.Interact with production and IA Global MI team, utilizing internally-developedapplications/tools to develop and track program progress.Ensure that operational information related to IA activities is provided timely to key stakeholders; review Operational MI to ensure output and metrics are consistent with expected progression/development;Support the Audit Team in data requirements, annual assessment and refresh timeline, consistent with Audit Committee reporting deadlines.Attract, develop, motivate and retain a highly diverse and effective IA team. Work with the global IA team, to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of IA resources, taking into consideration the costs and experience of local and global auditors as well as leveraging different audit approaches and innovative audit tools. Identifies and develops talent providing long term career opportunities within IA and other parts of Citigroup.Support IA Transformation Director coordinate the IA wide processes for the review and challenge of Transformation program workstreams ensuring that IA Program teams haveQualifications:10+ years of experience in a related roleRelated certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferredDemonstrated successful experience in business, functional and people managementProven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high quality deliverables according to strict timetablesDemonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation in audit tools and techniquesConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environmentEffective negotiation skillsEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Internal Audit------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Audit------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$163,600.00 - $245,400.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
