If you enjoy working with people, solving challenges and have an ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, then come and join our team!What you'll be doing:Vendor Onboarding & ContractingCreate Work Order Agreements as applicableAssist in vendor performance improvement plansAnalyze client spend and evaluate current and future supplier baseAnalyze purchasing trends and develop sourcing alternativesContinuously identify and source new high-potential suppliersBe a contact for the vendor marketplace to resolve any issues/conflictsSupport other supply chain and company initiatives as neededExperience and Education Requirements:BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, and/or Strategic SourcingExperience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve resultsExperience building and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated practical use of vendor management and sourcing principlesVendor-centric and entrepreneurial mindsetEssential Job Functions:Ability to travel 10% of the timeAbility to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelConstantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsAbility to manipulate office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
