This role will be a hybrid model position (3 days a week in office), and can sit out of the following offices - Jacksonville, FL - Houston, TX – Pittsburgh, PA.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Global Specialist's primary responsibility is to thoroughly review new business and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately within the prescribed time-framePerform onboarding document updatesCultivate and conduct staff training and act as the LoB spokespersonEnhance system testing and tracking, and champion for new initiatives and system upgradesAct as GS business representative for new enterprise initiativesTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Undergraduate degree is highly preferred2 years' work experience within a Financial InstitutionExpertise in creating and presenting to large groups Excellent organizational skills, being proactive, and meticulously detail-orientedAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
