Job Description: My Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Education Project Manager in Architecture to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing educational projects from conception to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage educational projects from initial concept development through design, construction documentation, and project delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, fostering professional growth and development within the team. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project profitability and successful project outcomes. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with design intent and industry standards. Maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and proactive manner. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Professional licensure (Registered Architect) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience Proven track record of successfully delivering complex educational projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is desirable. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
