The Global Talent Acquisition function is going through a strategic recruitment transformation, deploying AI, process automation tools and modernizing recruitment infrastructure to focus on talent priorities and improve end-to-end process experience.How will you make an impact in this role?TheSenior Analyst -HR Reportingrole will be part of the Colleague Experience Group, responsible for the development and advancement ofglobalreporting and analytics as well as supportingactivities within our risk framework. The role requires a good understanding of reporting tools, particularlyOracle Business Intelligence (OBI) andstrong communicationskills, both verbal and written.Key Responsibilities:Ability to build and sustain trust whileleveragingpartnerships at all levelsUnderstanding our internal stakeholders' reporting needs and delivering value by creating therightsolutions for them.Ensure an exceptional, consumer-grade stakeholder experienceUse data and analytics to drive the recruiting strategy, planning and process; address and solve any data integrity, compliance and reporting issues, and provide insight and commentary on local and functional labor marketsManage all compliance reviews asdeterminedby the risk assessments and audits including planning, control testing, evaluation and reporting for all activities associated with recruitmentSupportadhocrequests byutilizingexisting tools and creating custom reports whenrequiredResponsible for preparingcadenced reports and dashboards (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)Conductingregularaudits ofsystem reports and escalatewhen neededWorking in a team environment and providing support to other team membersMinimum QualificationsStrongproficiencywithAdvanceExcel&PowerPointHands on Experience in navigating reports via OBI/Human Capital Management (HCM)Experience in HR Reporting or AnalyticsAbilityto manage large datasets andidentifythe call outs / opportunity areasand share recommendationsAbility to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to flex hours tocollaborate with global stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsCreation of Tableau Dashboards, or other reporting tools, is strongly preferredExposure to SAS, SQL, MACROS and Big DataFamiliarity with Amex recruitment processes and systemswill be an added advantageNon-considerations for sponsorship:Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
