Within the Marketing organization, the U.S. Third Party Experiential Marketing team is focused on designing and developing exceptional experiences for our customers and prospects across the US at scale – generating awareness and demand for Amex products and services.The Sr. Analyst, 3P Experiential will play critical role supporting the American Express B2B tradeshows & conferences channel, supporting our E2E presence at some of the biggest events across the US in collaboration with our internal sales & marketing partners. S/he will help come up with creative concepts, oversee creative development, ensure marketing compliance, and work in conjunction with internal/external partners to deliver on business objectives.Join our team and be a part of an exciting year for our channel as we continue to enhance and grow our presence at events across the US.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist in planning and strategic development of in-person events in the tradeshows & conferences channelSupport development of E2E campaign execution across channels (live events, email, social, content, etc.), managing the creative submission process – ensuring complianceWork towards project timelines, event calendars, creative deliverables, project wrap-up reports and moreNote meeting recaps and distribute notes and takeaways to appropriate stakeholders post-meetingPartner with cross-functional teams including Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Product to help deliver thoughtfully curated eventsCollaborate with creative/experiential agency partners to ensure program is delivering on brief and budgetManage team budget, including securing contracts with vendors and working with internal partners and systems for invoice payment and trackingMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of marketing and/or event production experienceStrong relationship building skills, and proven success motivating and influencing partners, customers, agencies/vendorsExceptional project management skills and great attention to detailExcellent oral and written communications skillsCreative individual with a passion for live eventsReporting, data analysis, and deck building skills are a plusSalary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
