This role is pivotal in supporting our Senior Vice President of the Americas, ensuring seamless operations and strategic management across various departments.

This is a remote position based in Houston, with occasional requirements to visit the office.
What You Will Do:
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for the sales team, compile weekly reports, and deliver insights to the Senior Vice President.
Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, calendar management, correspondence, and document handling to support the SVP's daily operations.
Event and Logistics Coordination: Take charge of organizing trade shows and other key events, manage customer proposals, and oversee logistical arrangements to ensure smooth execution.
Financial Oversight: Handle expense reports and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with financial policies and maximizing efficiency and compliance.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records, manage company documentation, and assist in updating policies and handbooks as needed.
Project Management: Engage in special projects, applying your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to support strategic initiatives and achieve successful results.
Confidentiality and Integrity: Safeguard sensitive information, handle confidential communications with discretion, and maintain the highest standards of professional integrity.
Who You Are:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experienced Professional: You have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
