What you do: As the Sr. Administrative Assistant for Financial Consulting and Data and Analytics, you will provide administrative support to department management. You will help manage workflow, meet service expectations, and fulfill the division's strategic initiatives for the enterprise.
* Maintain Leadership calendars, schedule meetings, process expenses and make travel arrangements
* Compose, edit, and distribute team communication
* Coordinate onboarding of new team members
* Coordinate team activities including business lunches and team-building activities
* Special projects as assigned
What you bring: 2-3 years of administrative experience required Superior verbal and written communication skills, includes composing and editing written communication Strong collaborator with a strong focus on driving team engagement Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with deadlines, including event planning and communication Flexibility - priorities change on a daily basis because of the fast pace the enterprise works under Proven initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision Confidentiality - Enterprise-wide confidential information is sometimes required to complete the functions of this job. Must have context and business knowledge to complete activities.
