Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Controller in supervising the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, addressing any queries.
Prepare and review the monthly financial statements for two distinct entities.
Conduct thorough reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and subledgers.
Manage journal entries, including accruals and work-in-progress allocations.
Oversee depreciation schedules and corresponding journal entries.
Support annual audit processes and collaborate in enforcing adherence to GAAP standards.
Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the month-end close process.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing and cost accounting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) and familiarity with major accounting ERP systems.
