What you’ll be responsible for:Circle is looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant who will be a member of the consolidation team to support close package development, tracking and reporting of intercompany activity and chart of accounts management and design.What you'll work on:Supporting production of the monthly and quarterly financial reporting package to be sent to stakeholders across the organization in a timely manner.Track and report on allintercompany activityandFX relatedimpacts for financial reporting, board and capital management purposes.Ensure consolidation and elimination entries are reflected in a complete and accurate manner.Identifying process improvements and efficiencies for the close ensuring changes are implemented timely.Support the design, management and maintenance of the global chart of accounts and legal entity structures in ERP.Assist on other special projects as required including ERP and associated finance system implementations.You will aspire to our four core values:Multistakeholder -you have dedication and commitment to our customers, shareholders, employees and families and local communities.Mindful -you seek to be respectful, an active listener and to pay attention to detail. You reject manipulation, dishonesty and intolerance.What you’ll bring to Circle:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.Big 4 or large regional firm experience preferred.Highly proficient in advanced excel functions.Understanding of the digital assets or FinTech industry is preferred.Organized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important.Ability to prioritize workloads and ensure tasks are completed timely.High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Experience with finance system implementations or integrations highly sought after.Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.Additional Information:This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
