Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses that provide insights into AGC's financial performance. General Ledger Management: Participate in month end close, maintain the general ledger, record financial transactions accurately and timely and reconcile accounts regularly. Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, promoting financial accuracy and integrity. Budget Monitoring: Assist in budgeting and variance analysis, providing insights into financial performance against targets. Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support for all audits, liaising with auditors and ensuring a smooth audit process. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
