Responsibilities
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes• Compile and analyze financial information• Manage intercompany activity and balances• Review reconciliations and assist as needed• Resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes• Support audits and strengthen internal controls• Develop accounting policies and procedures• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field• 5+ years of senior level accounting experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
