Responsibilities
• Prepare and/or review monthly journal entries for multiple entities.• Prepare complex account reconciliations and analyze transaction effects.• Review account reconciliations prepared by staff.• Conduct preliminary financial statement review and analysis for accuracy.• Assist with the coordination of the annual financial audit.• Manage and promote continuous improvement of internal processes.• Ensure exceptional service delivery.• Focus on results and demonstrate resiliency.• Create and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration required.• At least 7 years of related work experience.• Prior experience with process improvement/optimization.• Demonstrate leadership ability.• Attention to detail, good planning, organization, and time management skills.• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.• Willingness to assume additional responsibilities.• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and financial systems.• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.• Ability to lead process and system improvements.
