Job Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and monthly close; perform monthly close duties, including general journal entries, reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, and preparation of GAAP financial statements Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial statements and related management reporting, including variance explanations in the income statement and balance sheet Support teams across the business including external/internal audit, tax, finance, procurement, human resources, legal, and operations Identify opportunities to automate current manual processes and improve utilization of technology and systems to create efficiencies within the accounting department Other duties and responsibilities as necessary Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor and/or master's degree(s) in accounting 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in growth companies CPA, or equivalent qualification a plus Qualifications: Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn complex and ever-evolving businesses Experience creating and implementing new accounting guidance and corresponding process development Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management, analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, able to problem solve creatively and meet expanding business needs as circumstances require Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting in an often pivoting work environment and with effective cross-functional management skills Excellent interpersonal skills, great team player, attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle a plus Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
