Responsibilities
• Assist in advanced projects, reporting, audits, etc.• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts• Review and approve sales orders• Balance Sheet reconciliations• Manage Concur, update/add users, track down missing receipts and miscoded transactions, expense reimbursements• Assist with month-end closing process, prepare financial statements• Build and maintain spreadsheets for department processes• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information• Mentor and train junior accounting staff• Ensure GAAP compliance
Requirements
• Ability to handle multiple projects and complete assigned tasks• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including understanding of GAAP• Diligent and precise accounting practices• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• 3+ years' experience in accounting or related field• Prior experience with Salesforce a plus
