Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, tax knowledge, and experience working with a variety of clients. This individual will be responsible for handling financial statements, reconciliations, and tax returns for a significan client base. Client interaction and maintaining strong relationships are essential aspects of this role, as is the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist clients with tax planning and preparation during tax season Utilize QuickBooks and Sage products to manage client accounts Act as a client-facing representative, providing exceptional service and building trust Oversee staff members handling clerical tasks and ensure smooth operations Manage and interact with clients from various industries.
