About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be entrusted with managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, each vital to our community engagement efforts. Partnering closely with real estate developers, city planners, and consultants, you'll guide them in achieving their engagement goals using our platform. Your role will involve proactive communication, strategic guidance, and nurturing strong client relationships to drive success.
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals
Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and forecasting
Communicate effectively with customers to convey progress, outcomes, and strategic vision
Take a consultative approach to understand and address customer needs and goals
Educate customers on best practices and facilitate strategic discussions
Track and report on customer KPIs to identify engagement opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our offerings based on customer feedback
Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing enterprise customer relationships
Background in urban planning, real estate development, or public affairs preferred
Track record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering key performance indicators
Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders via virtual meetings
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
