Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise and experience in a team environment to source, screen, and interview candidates who have the skills and drive to excel in financial roles.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, including utilizing industry networks, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms.
Engage with candidates, provide a positive experience, and effectively communicate our company culture, values, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Experience playing, coaching or participating in team or individual athletics.
Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge and passion for helping people.

Company Description The Alliance is an insurance marketing organization that provides support, marketing, training and infrastructure to a nationwide group of agents. At the corporate office, we oversee the function and operations of this agent force. Whether you like marketing, sales, coaching, IT, event planning, or logistics - we have a role for you. With approximately 150 employees at the home office in Burlington, NC we provide a proven sales system, state-of-the-art lead program, act as liaison to our carriers and provide assistance needed for our agents to receive the training they need for success.

The Alliance currently has agents in all 50 states and is dedicated to putting clients first. We are affiliated with over a dozen highly rated insurance carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Foresters and CFG, and provide products for our agents that are in high demand. Our entire lead system is created and maintained in house with cutting-edge marketing efforts that reach untapped markets. As an independent agency organization, we can provide our agents with great products to offer their clients meeting a variety of needs and budgets.
